magically gets airbending tattoo
Happy 50th to the Doctor and his TARDIS.
Here’s a collection of my artwork that I felt would be appropriate for The Day of the Doctor! The paintings starting from the top are All of Time and Space, The Roar of Our Stars, The Turn of the Universe, The Parting of the Ways, and The Lonely God. (The bottom four are licensed through Big Chief Studios / BBC!)
Thank you to everyone who has supported my art throughout the years! I really appreciate it and couldn’t have gotten this series done without ya’ll.
all of them in one post! Huzzah!
Fanart of Howl by me
Fanart of the first Avatar
My head cannon on this tale is that Amon found this text and designed his mask off of the first Avatar spirit.
I worked to keep it as possible as I could. We know that before the avatar was born people used energybending, but for some reason they stopped.
We know later that there were two people the learned Earthbending from the Badgermole and that the other nations learned bending from dragons, sky bison and the moon/ocean spirits.
I believe that the avatar has always had to learn elemental bending from other teachers, but that it has always known energybending. With this in mind this story took shape.
I have been fighting myself on how I wanted to tell it, but in the end I thought a simple look would be best. I was heavily inspired by the Egyptian texts I have studied in the past.

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known
Asami (45 minutes)
What is the world coming to?
That’s right, Rachel does fanart now apparently ;)
The Ultimate Crossover Ginny Weasley.
This felt good; I haven’t arted in a while :D
“Ginny in the TARDIS”
She’s seen a lot of things, but she’s never seen a TARDIS.
Like a Room of Requirement, but with a time/space travel twist. And language interpretation.
Not to mention the Doctor.
Soooooo I made this thing O.o
finished up an old wip from a few months ago (:
yush. now sleep~
Omgoodness I love this so much. IMO, this Korra holds truest to the animated version of Korra in the show, with the nose and the eyes and all. And this is just too flipping adorable to look at too! I can see this smile turn into one of her cocky smirks any second now!
love drawing Yue! though her hair is so difficult. ugh. so this took about seven or eight hours…um
disclaimer: i know that when someone paints someone from the water tribe, they’re work is usually immediately labeled by someone, somewhere, as whitewashed. i try my best to depict all characters as they appear in the show; for extra security, i lifted Yue’s skin tones from an actual Yue screencap. i also referenced an actress of color for the base drawing. i’ve noticed that those of the northern water tribe—Yue in particular—tend to have lighter skin than their southern counterparts.
I think you got her down perfectly! Great job~
She looks so real, omg
Ho-ly crap. This is both amazing and eerie at the same time. Damn.
I don’t know what to say. It’s amazing! The texture is brilliant (especially her sleeve). The color is so vivid. The lighting, her pose- it’s all brilliant. It’s so rich, I could stare at it forever.
